It may not have been his best work, but I’ll always remember him for the lines from “Brassed Off” (Which was then used by Chumbawamba in Tubthumper): “Truth is, I THOUGHT it mattered. I thought that MUSIC mattered. But does it bollocks? Not compared to how people matter.”
